Sergio Rossi

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Your chances of winning will not be improved by buying any product or service.

2. To enter: Complete the entry form at www.sergiorossi.com and click on "submit". Submit your entry online, between 5/22/08 and 6/30/08. One entry per person. We need to receive your completed entry by 11 p.m. EST on 6/30/08, for your entry to be considered. 

3. Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents, aged 18 or older, with a valid email address and a valid U.S. street address.  Entries with P.O. boxes or APO addresses cannot be accepted.  

4. Prizes:  Up to three pairs of Sergio Rossi sandals from the S/S 2008 collection, or choice of styles from the S/S 2008 collection not exceeding $2K.  Gift certificate from SpaFinder for $1K.

5. Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about 7/1/2008 from all eligible entries submitted. Winners will be notified by the email addresses supplied on their entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.  Winners will be notified by email and will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release.  The Affidavit must be signed and returned by prepaid overnight delivery within 14 days of the notification letter.  If any winner fails to comply with these requirements or any portion of the Official Rules, or if a notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries received.  Sergio Rossi has the right to verify the eligibility qualifications of the winners.  

6. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and by the decisions of Sergio Rossi, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this promotion.  By entering and in consideration of being awarded prize, winners grant Sergio Rossi and its designees, the right to use their name, biographical information, photographs and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, notification, or approval, worldwide, except where prohibited by law.  By entering, entrants consent to receiving promotional material from Sergio Rossi by email or regular mail.  

7. Employees of Sergio Rossi, its corporate affiliates, and their employees, directors, partners, agents and representatives, and their immediate family members and/or household members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, siblings' children, in-laws, housemates), are not eligible to enter or win.  

8. Winner is responsible for paying any applicable federal or local taxes on prizes. Sergio Rossi will comply with all IRS reporting obligations. This promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

9. Incomplete, unintelligible, damaged, inaccurate or late entries are void and not eligible.  Sergio Rossi is not responsible for incomplete, misdirected, or unintelligible entries, for entries with incorrect contact information, or for disruptions in website availability or delivery of electronic communications. Any person who tampers with or abuses any aspect of this promotion, misstates any required information, or violates these official rules, as solely determined by Sergio Rossi, will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. If this promotion is corrupted or impaired by virus, worm, or other causes, Sergio Rossi reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify or terminate the promotion.

10. Winners agree that all prizes are provided "as is."  Sponsor makes no warranty, representation or guarantee regarding any prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  No transfer, substitution, or cash redemption of prizes is permitted. Sergio Rossi reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any prize with cash or with one of comparable or greater value, if a prize cannot be awarded as advertised for any reason. Winners assume all liability and risk for any injury or damage caused by prize, on any trip or during any travel, or as a result of the use or ownership of prize. Winner is solely responsible for all licensing and registration requirements.

11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SERGIO ROSSI, ITS AFFILIATES, AGENCIES, AND EMPLOYEES, FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, WHICH ENTRANT OR ANYONE ELSE MAY INCUR OR SUFFER IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PROMOTION OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION OR FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED.  IF FOR ANY REASON THIS PROMOTION CANNOT BE RUN AS PLANNED, OR IF TAMPERING, UNAUTHORIZED INTERVENTION, ACTIONS BY ENTRANTS, FRAUD, TECHNICAL FAILURES, OR ANY OTHER CAUSES, IN SERGIO ROSSI SOLE OPINION, CORRUPT OR AFFECT THE ADMINISTRATION, SECURITY, FAIRNESS, INTEGRITY, OR PROPER CONDUCT OF THIS PROMOTION, SERGIO ROSSI RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL IMPLICATED IN SUCH ACTION, AND/OR TO CANCEL, TERMINATE, MODIFY OR SUSPEND THIS PROMOTION OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, OR THE AWARD OF ANY PRIZE.
