Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date.

Follow the procedure below: write to us via our contact form, attaching the following return form in which you must specify:

1. - Name and quantity of the products to be returned
2. - Order number
3. - Reason for the return

The products must be returned intact in their original box, must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged, and must not have been altered in their essential and/or qualitative characteristics in any way. We therefore invite you to try on the footwear on a soft surface so as not to damage the sole or other parts of the product itself.

As soon as we receive your request, you just need to wait for an email from us with instructions on how to proceed.

Return shipping is free for the following countries: Germany, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal, Austria, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Denmark, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Sweden, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Slovakia, United Kingdom, Norway.

The refund will be processed only after the return has been accepted and the goods have been checked by our logistics department for integrity and compliance of the returned product, using the payment method you used for your order.
