If you can't find the country you live in from the lists, it means that we do not deliver to where you live right now.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request to return the products by filling out the online return form within 14 days from the date you received your order.
The product must be returned in its original condition, in the original box with the warranty tag included. We invite you to try on the shoes on a soft surface, in order to avoid any damage to the sole or other parts of the product.
To send the return, pack the items in the order box, indicate the items your return on the return invoices and simply contact UPS to arrange the pick-up; return shipping is free if you use the pre-paid UPS waybill included in your order.
The refund will be made after the return was accepted, on the payment method selected for your order.
